What we collect
When you enquire, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, phone number, preferred language, and anything you write in your message. Links you follow to this site may also tell us which campaign brought you here.
Why we collect it
One purpose: responding to your enquiry and, where you ask for it, sending you the current package list and transaction documents. We do not run newsletters, and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
Where it is stored
Enquiry data is stored with service providers whose infrastructure for our account is hosted in Australia. Where a provider processes data outside Australia in transit, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Enquiries from outside Australia
We welcome enquiries from investors outside Australia, including through our Chinese-language pages. If you enquire from overseas, your information is transmitted to and stored in Australia, and this policy and Australian law govern how it is handled.
Who can see it
The Anchor SEQ team, and the service providers who host our systems. If a transaction proceeds, information moves to the parties who need it, such as your solicitor and ours, and only with your knowledge.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to enquiries@anchorseq.com.au. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Analytics and cookies
This site runs without analytics by default. If analytics are enabled, they measure page visits and enquiry submissions in aggregate; we do not use advertising cookies.
